I. The Realization FellowshipBeginning this summer, Perspectiva is offering a
fully-funded, year-long fellowship programme. It is for people ages 18-35 who are committed to deepening their own personal transformation and actively engaging with the critical questions and challenges of our times.
The entire programme, including monthly online sessions, optional in-person gatherings AND attendance, food and camping at this year's
Realisation Festival (26–29 June 2025 at St. Giles House, Dorset), is completely free for participants and fully supported by Perspectiva.
It is crafted specifically for those looking to explore their connection to the world and cultivate capacities that broaden their sense of what's possible. If you or anyone you know is that kind of person, and between 18-35,
the application deadline is 15th April 2025.

II. Human Transformation in a Time of MetacrisisThis is a two-day gathering at Harvard University (Boston) on May 2–3, 2025. We are bringing together voices from the metacrisis, human flourishing, education, and metamodern networks to co-create a wiser future.
The first day features educators, sensemakers & inner-work pioneers responding to the metacrisis and seeding a second renaissance through the lens of education. People like Zak Stein, Rebecca Ferguson, Jon Kabatt Zinn, Daniel Thorson, Isabela Granic and Bonnitta Roy. And the second day will be an
unconference where the participants explore the themes in an open space manner.
The
Metacrisis is a symptom of something deeper — a world in transition; the collapse of the old frameworks that once gave our world coherence, leaving us in a moment of deep uncertainty and possibility. The
Second Renaissance is about what comes next. Human transformation and education are key elements to bring about a movement centered on new ways of organizing and new ways of being.
This special event is a unique opportunity to connect in person to examine the symptoms of deeper collapse—and to learn and integrate new practical ways of being to support societal flourishing. To converge foundational inner work, collective sensemaking, and systems change, we need
real-time interdisciplinary community: not just lectures, but relationships, rituals, and the seeds of new culture.
And that means: you.
Whether you're a teacher, facilitator, philosopher, or technologist, you're invited to co-create and propose your own session: a workshop, a dialogue, a ritual, a provocation, to shape the unconference conversation.
